Apologies for absence had been received from Cllrs Rapley, Beale and Stansfield.

  1. Signing of Minutes of Meeting held 27 March 2007

    Following approval, the minutes were signed by the Chairman as true record

  2. Speed Management Seminar

The letter dated 27 March 2007 from Essex County Council inviting participation in the above seminar was received and discussed. It was

RECOMMENDED: Cllr Devlin to attend. The clerk to reply accordingly.

RESOLVED:
The Town Council had no objection to this application.

RESOLVED:
The Town Council had no objection to this application.

RESOLVED:
The Town Council objected to this application on the following grounds:-

RESOLVED:
